Honey Baked Sausage Casserole

Yield: 5 servings

Ingredients

8 large Granny Smith apples, peeled and sliced

1 pkg. (16 oz.) Smoked Sausage, cut into 1/2 inch slices

check honey 1 1/3 cups honey

check water 4 tablespoons water

check cinnamon 1 tablespoon cinnamon

check butter 1/3 cup butter

Directions:

Arrange apples and sausage in a buttered 13x9 inch baking dish. In a medium bowl, combine honey, water and cinnamon; mix well. Pour over apples and sausage. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees, uncovered, for 40 minutes, basting with pan juices occasionally.
