Crab Ball Hors d'Oeuvre

Vary the flavor by substituting walnuts for the pecans

Ingredients

check (6 oz.) Wakefield Snow Crabmeat 1 pkg. (6 oz.) Wakefield Snow Crabmeat

check (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened

check chopped chives 2 teaspoons chopped chives

check garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

check salt 1/4 teaspoon salt

check chopped pecans 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Directions:

Thaw and drain crabmeat. Blend softened cream cheese, chives, garlic powder and salt. Fold in crabmeat. Shape into log or ball. Roll in pecans. Serve with crackers or fresh vegetables.
