Ingredients

Add Honey Simple Syrup to shopping list 1 ounce Honey Simple Syrup

Add fresh mint leaves to shopping list 3 fresh mint leaves

Add sparkling water, chilled to shopping list 4 ounces sparkling water, chilled

Add fresh squeezed lime juice to shopping list 1 ounce fresh squeezed lime juice

Add light rum to shopping list 1 1/2 ounces light rum

Directions:

Combine syrup, mint leaves and splash of soda water in a 12 ounce glass. Add lime juice. Add the rum, stir well and fill with ice. Top with soda water and garnish with mint sprig.
