Easy Chicken Barbecue Sandwiches

Yield: 3 servings

Add celery, chopped to shopping list 1/4 cup celery, chopped

Add green pepper, chopped to shopping list 1/4 cup green pepper, chopped

Add onion, chopped to shopping list 1/4 cup onion, chopped

Add butter to shopping list 1 tablespoon butter

Add barbecue sauce to shopping list 2/3 cup barbecue sauce

Add (10 oz.) chunk white chicken, drained to shopping list 1 can (10 oz.) chunk white chicken, drained

In a saucepan, saute the celery, green pepper and onion in butter until tender. Stir in barbecue sauce and chicken; heat through. Serve on buns.
