Ingredients

Add (1 1/2-inch) ginger root, peeled and minced to shopping list 1 piece (1 1/2-inch) ginger root, peeled and minced

Add head garlic, peeled and crushed to shopping list 1/2 head garlic, peeled and crushed

Add creamy peanut butter to shopping list 2 lbs. creamy peanut butter

Add chicken stock to shopping list 1/2 cup chicken stock

Add light soy sauce to shopping list 1/4 cup light soy sauce

Add chili oil to shopping list 2 tablespoons chili oil

Add lime juice to taste to shopping list lime juice to taste

Add honey to shopping list 1/4 cup honey

Add chopped cilantro leaves to shopping list 1/4 cup chopped cilantro leaves

Add salt and pepper to taste to shopping list salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl. Mix well and season to taste. Store in a sealed container until ready to use. Keeps for several weeks in refrigerator. Use as a marinade for beef, chicken, shrimp or vegetable kabobs.
