| In another small bowl, stir together barbecue sauce, ketchup, liquid smoke and Worcestershire sauce. |
| Evenly brush barbecue sauce all over brisket. Wrap brisket in heavy-duty foil, place in a roasting pan, then chill for 8 hours. |
| Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. |
| Bake brisket until a meat thermometer inserted in thickest portion registers 190 degrees, about 5 hours. |
| Let brisket stand for 10 minutes before cutting across the grain into thin slices. |
