| Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. |
| In a small bowl, whisk together pineapple juice, soy sauce and brown sugar. |
| Set salmon fillets, skin side down, on a 15 x 10 x 1-inch foil-lined baking dish that has been greased. Brush pineapple sauce over salmon fillets. |
| Bake, uncovered, for about 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. While fillets bake, baste often with pan juices. |
