| Combine the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and 2 tablespoons of the maple syrup in a bowl. |
| Mix together the rest of the ingredients and form into patties; full size for entrée burgers and smaller for appetizer portions. |
| Cook on your outdoor grill or indoor grill pan or in a frying pan on your stove over medium-high heat until browned on both sides. |
| Serve on buns with lettuce and tomato or other fixings of your choice with a spoonful of the sauce on top. |
