| Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. |
| In a shallow dish, combine cornmeal, flour, onion salt and pepper. |
| Melt butter in a shallow baking dish. |
| Place cod in flour mixture; dredge. |
| Place dredged cod in baking dish with the melted butter; turn cod to coat with butter. |
| Sprinkle cod with Parmesan cheese then bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until cod easily flakes when tested with a fork. |
