Baked Alaskan Cod
Ingredients
3 tablespoons cornmeal
3 tablespoons Flavorite flour
1/4 teaspoon onion salt
1/8 teaspoon Flavorite pepper
2 tablespoons Flavorite butter
1 pound Alaskan Cod fillets
1/4 cup grated Flavorite Parmesan cheese

Directions
1 Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
2 In a shallow dish, combine cornmeal, flour, onion salt and pepper.
3 Melt butter in a shallow baking dish.
4 Place cod in flour mixture; dredge.
5 Place dredged cod in baking dish with the melted butter; turn cod to coat with butter.
6 Sprinkle cod with Parmesan cheese then bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until cod easily flakes when tested with a fork.
