Chili Dogs
Ingredients
1 pound lean ground beef
1 (12-ounce) jar chili sauce
1 (1.48-ounce) packet chili seasoning
¼ cup water
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
½ teaspoon onion powder
8 beef hot dogs
8 hot dog buns
Shredded Cheddar cheese (optional), as garnish
Diced red onion (optional), as garnish

Directions
1 In a large pot over medium heat, cook ground beef, stirring constantly to break into fine crumbles, until no longer pink.
2 When beef is browned and fully cooked through, add chili sauce and next 5 ingredients.
3 Bring to a boil then lower heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
4 Meanwhile, grill or boil hot dogs until done.
5 To serve, place hot dogs in buns, top with chili and any desired garnishes. Serve.
